Tiger Diary - 10.5.13

spacer

Any successful mission takes a good bit of planning.
The Tiger hunt for a flag this year is a voyage into uncharted waters.
We can't remember what it's like.
Reconnaissance was needed.

3 wins on the trot to open the season was all about seeing how we perform up on top.
Ladder altitude sickness and vertigo can wreak havoc on the under-prepared.
The three week trial was a terrific success. Euphoria levels and winning predictions were rife. The season was all but sorted.

But safety at great heights depends at all times on an understanding of balance.
Thus the next step was to Yang our Yinning streak.
3 losses brings us back to a much safer (and familiar) zero level of euphoria - safer foundations now upon which to build our season.

Risk assessment will be complete this weekend when we find out how safe it is to play football in Adelaide, Cotchless.
